Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work collaboratively and creatively.
- Ability to work with clients with diverse issues.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation and treatment plan reviews.
- Provide excellent care for clients.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to fill gaps in community mental health.
- Utilize creativity in interventions.
- Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical meetings.
