Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Comfort and familiarity with a diverse range of client issues.
- Ability to pass a background check confirming safe care.
- Ability to demonstrate stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis and treatment plan reviews.
- Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with the team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
- Coordinate services with other healthcare providers as needed.
- Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
