Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Comfort in working with clients facing a diverse range of problems.
- Demonstrated stable boundaries with clients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation, including case notes.
- Provide excellent care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Coordinate services with other care providers and families.
- Attend clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
