Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Experience with electronic health records
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and willingness to work collaboratively
- Ability to pass a background check
- Demonstrate stable and appropriate boundaries with clients
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions
- Diagnose and create treatment plans
- Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis and treatment plan reviews
- Provide excellent care and collaborate with a team
- Utilize creativity in interventions for client goal achievement
- Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week
- Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings
