Requirements
- Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and willingness to work collaboratively and creatively.
- Comfortability working with clients facing diverse issues.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose patients.
- Create and implement treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation, including diagnosis and case notes.
- Provide excellent care and collaborate with a dynamic team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
- Participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
