  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products to effectively position solutions.
  • Track and report all sales activities, customer engagement, and forecasts in the CRM system.
