Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in an outside B2B field sales role, preferably in technical or capital equipment sales.
• Experience in the plastic extrusion and/or injection-molding industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Achievement of the Sales Revenue Plan in assigned territory.
• Design and execute business plans linked to overall sales strategy.
• Conduct customer calls to increase revenue.
• Understand competitors and determine customer satisfaction levels.
• Travel to assigned accounts and close sales opportunities.
• Participate in monthly Goal Deployment and sales analysis.
• Maintain CRM and attend sales and business meetings.
