Responsibilities:
- Create quarterly forecasts including committed deals as well as pipeline.
- Hire, onboard and train sales personnel.
- Use data to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in regular reporting and sales cadence.
- Work cross-functionally to support customer success.
- Navigate competitive challenges and complex sales issues.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers regarding their IT roadmap.
