Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience working with ERP applications or 2-5 years of leadership experience of an ERP product line.
- Strong understanding of ERP solutions, specifically Sage 100 is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching skills, and ability to manage customer expectations.
- Excellent project management skills with time management and prioritization.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, CRM applications.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of software consultants on Sage 100 implementation projects.
- Set and achieve key performance indicators for the consulting team.
- Actively participate in projects and mentor team members.
- Enhance delivery strategies to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
