Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience working with ERP applications or 2-5 years of leadership experience of an ERP product line.
• Strong understanding of ERP solutions, specifically Sage 100 is preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching skills, and ability to manage customer expectations.
• Excellent project management skills with time management and prioritization.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, CRM applications.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of software consultants on Sage 100 implementation projects.
• Set and achieve key performance indicators for the consulting team.
• Actively participate in projects and mentor team members.
• Enhance delivery strategies to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
