5-10 years of midmarket ERP sales and/or consulting experience. Experience as an ERP business analyst or business owner with strong ERP skills preferred. Strong business development skills and business acumen with understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Understanding of mid-market business processes to conceptualize solutions to complex issues. Proven customer relationship management skills and ability to influence decision-making. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding organizational, time management, and listening skills. Ability to function in a collaborative team environment and build relationships. Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally, up to 50%. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Outlook, and CRM tools. Flexible, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
