Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of midmarket ERP sales and/or consulting experience.
  • Experience as an ERP business analyst or business owner with strong ERP skills preferred.
  • Strong business development skills and business acumen with understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Understanding of mid-market business processes to conceptualize solutions to complex issues.
  • Proven customer relationship management skills and ability to influence decision-making.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand and identify the client’s complex business requirements and operational objectives.
  • Assist the sales team to drive new ERP software sales and professional services by collaborating with cross-divisional teams.
  • Provide guidance to prospective clients by developing trusted partnerships with C-level executives.
  • Act as a bridge between Sales and Consulting Teams, sharing knowledge and mentorship.
  • Maintain focus on client satisfaction, quality of service, and profitability during the solutions purchase process.
  • Partner with Sales and Consulting leadership to execute strategic goals.
  • Ensure reporting and documentation are timely, accurate, and complete.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve professional services and license revenue goals.
  • Produce documentation of challenges, requirements, and benefits for clients.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with potential clients and conduct discovery meetings to identify business needs.
