• Improve the technical capabilities and organizational strength of the engineering team.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for organizational growth and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate roadmaps for organization and architecture.
• Design strategies to enhance the quality, productivity, and performance optimization of products.
• Support the growth and culture development of the engineering organization.
