Requirements:
  • 6-10+ years of demonstrated success in Technology Sales/Enterprise Software Sales/Government Sales, including 5+ years in a sales leadership role.
  • Proven ability to achieve measurable business results in complex sales environments.
  • Strong track record in high-growth environments with quantifiable success.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across business functions to drive results.
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications, IoT, and UAV technologies.
  • Experience managing consultative sales efforts with long sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication skills including coaching, writing, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Real Time Awareness overlay sales team on the west.
  • Collaborate with our customer base to develop solutions for real-time operations.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies for new products with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with law enforcement agencies and strategic resellers.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Establish performance metrics and conduct performance reviews.
  • Develop sales enablement materials in partnership with marketing and product management.
  • Offer insights and feedback as the voice of the customer to guide product roadmap decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales leadership.
