Requirements:

• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Provide support for break/fix issues.
• Evaluate and implement new Salesforce tools as needed.
• Maintain system documentation and SFDC policies.
• Proficient with custom objects, validation rules, workflows, and reporting.
• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex and Salesforce APIs.
• 10+ years of web application development experience with JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Experience with marketing automation tools like Pardot.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development efforts by working with team members to design, implement and deliver quality software.
• Act as a technical lead for large initiatives or multiple smaller projects.
• Ensure regular code/peer reviews by team members.
• Develop relationships with product and business teams and external partners.
• Mentor team members on technical standards and best practices.
• Communicate complex ideas and designs effectively.
• Develop Salesforce solutions for business needs.
• Collaborate with the scrum team to map requirements to Salesforce capabilities.
• Participate in scrum events like standups and retrospectives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and communication.
