Requirements:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience as an MRI technologist.
• Understanding of DICOM communications.
• Ability to investigate, analyze, and breakdown complex situations, like MR image quality issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Passionate about learning new technology to provide customer value.
• Willingness to travel up to 65%-70% of working hours.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers to maximize the value of SwiftMR.
• Perform product installations at new customer sites, including MRI scan optimization and network setups.
• Train and assist customers in using SwiftMR effectively.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding product usage and MR image quality.
• Work closely with sales to manage pipeline priorities and renewal strategies.
• Collaborate with the Product Operations team in Seoul regarding training and feature requests.
