• Ability to manage client needs and handle complaints respectfully.
• Comfortable managing multiple clients across various industries.
• Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate client feedback and enhance usability.
• Work with the Media Buying team to understand client goals and develop media strategies.
• Review campaign performance and provide actionable feedback for optimization.
• Educate clients on platform features and programmatic buying strategies.
