Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in agile coaching, preferably in federal IT projects.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or similar agile certifications.
• Deep knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in agile project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for diverse team collaboration.
• Understanding of federal contracting processes and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and foster agile values and practices across the program, tailoring methods such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Coordinate project activities with Government Leadership.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile practices.
• Remove impediments blocking team progress.
• Provide ongoing education and coaching on agile principles.
• Optimize workflows and enhance team performance.
• Engage with federal clients to align project goals.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts by fostering innovation.
