Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of proven sales experience in software technology, specifically telecom.
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with Communications software solutions like SIM, BSS, IoT, etc.
  • Understanding of network architectures (LTE, 5G) is a strong plus.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of customer needs.
  • Ability to translate technical value propositions into business value.
  • Capacity to bring teams together for sales opportunities.
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems for enhanced market coverage.
  • Capability to forecast and report sales opportunities accurately.
  • Ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically/internationally up to 3-4 days a week.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (French, German, Spanish) are a plus.
  • Proven ability to close large deals above €1m and manage >€5m annual sales quota.
Responsibilities:
  • Closing open pipeline opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Develop strategy, and tactics, to secure sales in support of Evolving Systems’ growth.
  • Understand customer sales process and pain points to expedite closure.
  • Collaborate within a team selling environment and build strong customer relationships.
  • Develop C-level relationships with key customers.
  • Identify C-level decision makers for executive sponsorship.
  • Position Evolving Systems’ value proposition indicating business benefits.
  • Achieve assigned quota(s) by covering assigned territory.
  • Work with partners to extend sales efforts.
  • Strictly adhere to sales and forecasting process.
