Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales role.
• Solid experience in doing inbound and outbound calls.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and generating new leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
• Qualifying leads and identifying potential customers.
• Presenting and demonstrating the value of the client's services to prospects.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
• Negotiating and closing deals.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
