1-2 years of relevant sales experience in a high volume prospecting/lead generation environment. BA or BS Degree preferred. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. Must be confident, unrelenting, and proactive in all sales interactions. Able to learn and apply strategic sales concepts quickly. Must be an active listener and quick learner. Confident in overcoming objections. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Organized, timely, and analytical. Communicate efficiently, professionally, and with purpose. Direct selling experience in the legal industry is a plus.
