Requirements
- 8+ years in a Senior Product Management role and leading high-performing teams.
- 5+ years of experience in B2C product management with demonstrated leadership.
- Track record of executing product strategy from inception to go-to-market.
- Experience in developing strong teams of product owners and designers.
- Comfort speaking in conferences and establishing credibility with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Championing Product Management discipline and developing/refining product strategies.
- Creating core product strategy in partnership with the CEO and senior leadership.
- Building trusted relationships with key customers to inform product strategy.
- Driving product management excellence and implementing performance metrics.
