At least 6 months of experience related to the program you wish to interview for (some roles may require more experience). Familiarity with the program technologies listed for your chosen program. Excellent time-management skills. Stable internet connection is required. Flexibility in schedule is necessary.

Teaching Assistants help facilitate lessons and support students during projects. Tutors provide 1:1 assistance through Zoom based on student needs. Learning Assistants engage with students via Slack on a structured schedule. Graders evaluate student assignments and provide detailed feedback.
