Responsibilities:

• When Cowboy customers run into a problem, they have the possibility to book an appointment at their door.
• You’ll ride across the city from one appointment to the other to meet customers.
• You’ll repair their bike, aiming at getting them back on the road in no time, providing a world-class repair experience.
• Thanks to our remote diagnostics, you’ll know the issue and the fix beforehand.
• Our online training will provide you with everything you need to perform fast and seamless repairs.
• Our specialized Repair team will be at phone’s reach should you run into unexpected problems.
