Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline.
- 3-5 years digital marketing experience, preferably executing cross-channel plans.
- Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction scores through metrics like NPS.
- Extensive CRM or Marketing Operations platform experience required (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, Hubspot).
- Experience speaking to business-level metrics such as LTV:CAC and MER.
- Campaign leadership skills for end-to-end campaign development in a multi-channel environment.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with executive-level contacts.
- Desire to work as both a marketing consultant and a business consultant.
Responsibilities:
- As an Account Manager (Fashion), you'll work with clients in the Fashion/e-Commerce space, driving performance through integrated marketing across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Guide clients on how marketing tactics can drive business outcomes through a deep understanding of their business.
- Lead cross-functional account teams, optimize efforts, and provide strategic guidance while working closely with Account Managers.
- Spearhead service expansions, manage media, craft testing roadmaps, and lead tactical pivots when necessary.
- Establish client relationships by hosting monthly check-ins to review business performance, gauge sentiment, and solicit feedback.
