Requirements:
  • Experience leading a product marketing team and a passion for coaching and developing future leaders.
  • Previous experience in a B2B organization with a complex ecosystem of products; Business Banking experience is a plus.
  • A track record of collaborating closely with Product leadership to shape go-to-market strategies from the product's early stages.
  • The ability to identify and critique key messages and creative approaches.
  • Strong understanding of campaign metrics and channel mix influencing GTM tactics.
  • A passion for the product marketing discipline and its critical role within the organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive top priority launches that help Monzo Business reach new customers and meet business objectives.
  • Support PMMs in new product launches, feature releases, and campaigns.
  • Deeply understand the market and customers to craft differentiated positioning.
  • Coach others to create impactful messaging frameworks.
  • Act as both a hands-on contributor and a leader to mentor product marketers.
  • Develop market insights on trends, customer behaviors, and competitive changes.
  • Work with Product and CRM to drive customer engagement and loyalty through targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborate effectively with a wide range of people from senior leadership to individual contributors.
