Requirements:
  • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously.

  • Trade & Promotional experience required; experience negotiating with retailers and controlling retail pricing.
  • PNW + NorCal Regional Account headquarter level experience and Broker Management Experience is crucial.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating goals and driving accountability.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Clean driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all aspects of business related to all PNW + NorCal Regional Accounts.
  • Create the strategy for all promotional PNW + NorCal Regional Accounts. Review plans and promotional history to evaluate trade spend/ROI and increase profitability while growing sales.
  • Lead new item/innovation presentations to retailers to ensure timely introduction of new flavors and product lines.
  • Gain new distribution in white space and lead new customer set-up and onboarding processes.
  • Create strategy and priorities for OLIPOP field teams and broker partners to implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Work with distributors to monitor POs and ensure resets are placed and fulfilled on time.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with Demand Planner and Ops team for accurate forecasts.
  • Drive key strategies using syndicated data, consumer and retailer insights.
  • Work cross-functionally with trade marketing to organize marketing activations.
  • Manage broker partner relationships to achieve retailer KPIs.
  • Report weekly to the Director of Sales West on retailer status and focus.
  • Create presentations for the leadership team about key account priorities, goals, strategy, and initiatives.
  • Occasional travel required for tradeshows, in-person meetings, and offsites.
