Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in product management, focusing on payments, billing, or financial services.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced web-based environments.
• Proven expertise in managing billing platforms, AR/AP processes, or payment services.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience using data and metrics for product validation and measuring success.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams to manage the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, remote-first environments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the strategy for payments, billing, accounting, and financial systems.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across engineering, operations, and finance.
• Collaborate with technology and finance leadership to ensure payment system scalability.
• Identify opportunities for process automation through system integrations and partnerships.
• Build, prioritize, and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Leverage data analytics and KPIs to measure product performance and guide decisions.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to drive consensus on priorities.
