Requirements:

• Minimum BA/BS degree in psychology, communication, statistics, or a related field.
• Advanced degree in behavioral or social sciences is a plus.
• 4+ years of professional applied research experience.
• Thorough understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Extensive experience with qualitative research methods in user research.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to present research insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience in influencing and challenging senior stakeholders.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with quantitative research methods and statistics is a plus.
• Experience in B2B, travel, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in cross-functional team discussions to understand various user needs and identify new marketplace features.
• Define research strategy and manage multiple projects using various methodologies.
• Design and conduct qualitative studies, analyze data, and share insights.
• Own the research process from ideation to execution of research plans.
• Create and field surveys, analyze responses, and report findings.
• Utilize diverse research methods to gather insights from different audiences.
• Communicate research findings clearly within the organization.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, design, product marketing, and product management.
