Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant, or similar role.
• Must have experience managing JAMF, Atlassian stack, and Mac OS.
• Experienced in compliance reporting.
• Knowledge of databases, system security, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams.
• Onboard and offboard users, including creating email addresses and managing access to messaging apps.
• Generate reports on system performance and monitor compliance with standards like SOC2, PCI.
• Plan and oversee IT projects such as upgrades and hardware/software installations.
• Design efficient IT systems to meet the business and technology needs.
