Requirements:

• Independently Licensed Therapist in the United States for any of the following license structures: Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Social Work.
• Must be licensed and in good standing in at least one state; open to obtaining additional state licenses upon starting.
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent.
• Experience in diagnosing mental health disorders in accordance with the DSM-5 criteria.
• Maintain a strong evidence-based clinical skill set while practicing & implementing outcome-focused care.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in crisis response.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various systems & tools with ease (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, proprietary EMR).
• Passionate about improving access to high-quality mental health care.
• An entrepreneurial spirit or previous experience within a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapeutically sound sessions with clients weekly or bi-weekly for 45 minutes based on client's plan.
• Provide anywhere from 15-40 hours of weekly availability.
• Create your own flexible schedule based on individual availability, scheduled time must fall within the hours of 6:00am to 11:30pm per specific timezone.
• Work collaboratively with prescribers who are managing clients' medication, in tandem with therapy services provided.
• Navigate various systems & tools with ease while focusing on delivering exceptional care.
