Independently Licensed Therapist in the United States for any of the following license structures: Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Social Work.
Must be licensed and in good standing in at least one state; open to obtaining additional state licenses upon starting.
Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent.
Experience in diagnosing mental health disorders in accordance with the DSM-5 criteria.
Maintain a strong evidence-based clinical skill set while practicing & implementing outcome-focused care.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledgeable in crisis response.
Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment.
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various systems & tools with ease (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, proprietary EMR).
Passionate about improving access to high-quality mental health care.
An entrepreneurial spirit or previous experience within a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Conduct therapeutically sound sessions with clients weekly or bi-weekly for 45 minutes based on client's plan.
Provide anywhere from 15-40 hours of weekly availability.
Create your own flexible schedule based on individual availability, scheduled time must fall within the hours of 6:00am to 11:30pm per specific timezone.
Work collaboratively with prescribers who are managing clients' medication, in tandem with therapy services provided.
Navigate various systems & tools with ease while focusing on delivering exceptional care.
