Requirements:

• Independently Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) in the United States.
• Licensed and in good standing in at least one of the following PSYPACT states: AL, AZ, AR, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.
• Knowledge in clinical application of the DSM-5.
• Maintain a strong evidence-based clinical skill set while practicing & implementing outcome-focused care.
• Empathetic and intuitive listening.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Knowledgeable in crisis response.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various systems & tools with ease (including Google Workspace, Slack, proprietary EMR, etc.).
• Passionate about the mission of improving access to high-quality mental health care.
• An entrepreneurial spirit or previous experience within a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Hold thoughtful and engaged sessions with clients once per week for 45 minutes.
• Provide up to 40 hours of weekly availability.
• Create your own flexible schedule based on your individual availability, falling within the hours of 6:00am to 11:30pm per specific timezone.
• Work collaboratively with doctors who are managing your clients' medication, in tandem with therapy services you are providing.
• Work alongside other like-minded clinicians that have a common goal to positively impact the lives of others and create an environment that leads to favorable outcomes for clients.
