- Support the global legal team on spend management initiatives.
- Negotiate AFAs on high-spend legal matters and identify opportunities to put AFAs in place.
- Assist with the design and delivery of AFA training.
- Run RFPs end to end, including follow-up interviews with vendors and the legal team.
- Create RFP templates with the legal team and work with the RFP team to build them in the RFP tool.
- Negotiate law firm pricing, including benchmarking hourly rates.
- Roll out the MRA program to new firms and complete outstanding MRAs.
- Draft process documents and playbooks.
