- Coordinate SIS data feeds, SSO configuration, and school roster setup with engineering and IT teams.
- Manage school-level platform configuration, user accounts, and workflow settings.
- Maintain the master implementation project plan across five rollout phases.
- Track onboarding milestones and identify/escalate potential delays.
- Coordinate scheduling for virtual and in-person training sessions for school staff.
- Serve as first-line technical support for platform issues during rollout.
- Maintain support logs and report on issue volume and resolution timelines.
