- Identify businesses with ongoing property maintenance and refurbishment requirements and build targeted prospect lists.
- Find decision-makers and generate sales opportunities through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Understand prospects’ property portfolios, requirements, decision-making processes, and timing.
- Present Optimal’s services, secure meetings and quote opportunities, and follow up to move prospects toward a clear next step.
- Own the new-business sales process through agreement, activation, and securing the first confirmed work.
- Work with quoting and operational teams to develop proposals, handle objections, and negotiate within agreed commercial guidelines.
- Coordinate client handovers to the Client Project Management team and record requirements, contacts, terms, and commitments.
