Junior UX/UI Designer

Design user interfaces for web products including our academy platform, landing pages, and internal tools
Conduct UX research to understand how traders use our products and where friction exists
Build and maintain reusable components within our Figma design system
Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately
Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs across multiple breakpoints
Design marketing assets and content in Canva for social, web, and campaigns
Present your design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Assist with WordPress page building and basic front-end implementation where needed

Our team is small, focused, and deeply embedded in the trading world. Everyone here understands the product because we use it ourselves. We are growing our product and digital team and we are looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer who can help us design experiences that are clear, functional, and trusted by traders at every level.
