Billing Clerk

Onboarding new clients including reviewing the billing process and policies
Ensure all billing requirements are met for new clients
Provide ongoing client assistance to update and maintain payment methods
Manage access to payment links
Assist in client questions regarding process, policy and general bill understanding
Perform inbound call and request triage
Review bills to ensure narratives conform to firm requirements and ensure accuracy for clarity and compliance
Support the Billing Team as needed
