- Manage and grow relationships with key distributors including UNFI, KEHE, and C&S.
- Manage select grocery retailers such as Harris Teeter, Big Y, Giant Eagle, Price Chopper, Weis Markets, and Alliance Retail Group.
- Develop and implement consistent distributor strategies and processes.
- Partner with the broker team to maximize sales effectiveness.
- Drive flawless execution of sales strategies including demand forecasting and trade expenditure management.
- Build and communicate sales stories for the broker team.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain on sales plans.
- Assess performance against KPIs.
- Drive digital commerce fundamentals (accurate images, pricing, descriptions).
- Travel frequently to trade shows and customer meetings.
