- Originate and lead the underwriting and execution of private credit investments, including senior, unitranche, and structured capital solutions.
- Structure investments to optimize risk-adjusted returns with emphasis on credit quality and cash flow durability.
- Lead negotiation of definitive credit documentation, including credit agreements and intercreditor agreements.
- Cultivate and broaden relationships with deal flow origination sources, financial sponsors, and prospective limited partners.
- Conduct ongoing monitoring of portfolio companies, identifying credit risks and managing liquidity needs.
- Collaborate with portfolio companies and sponsors to support refinancings and amendments.
- Assist with junior team recruiting, training, and development.
