NOC Engineer

Triage failed, missed, and warning backup jobs across Veeam servers, agents, and cloud copies.
Remediate backup issues using NinjaOne and ScreenConnect, including storage, repository, network, licensing, and upgrade problems.
Run scheduled and on-request restore tests and document audit-ready evidence.
Enforce the backup standard and conduct the half-yearly backup audit.
Maintain VSPC onboarding, offboarding, report recipients, and the managed-device list.
Resolve NinjaOne condition alerts by addressing root causes and tuning alert conditions and thresholds.
Remediate antivirus/EDR, disk-space, server, virtualization, and device-offline alerts.
Resolve failed Windows and third-party application patches, including out-of-band updates when policy cannot approve them.
Remediate vulnerability-scanner findings and verify that findings clear.
Own Halo tickets, produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports, work on CMMC client systems, and keep Hudu credentials and runbooks current.
