- Own the monthly and annual financial close, general ledger, accounting judgments, revenue accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate books, balance sheet reconciliations, supporting schedules, accounting policies, and audit-ready records.
- Establish and manage reconciliation processes connecting bank accounts, payment providers, program funds, AR/AP sub-ledgers, and the general ledger.
- Oversee billing, invoicing, collections, cash application, AR aging, vendor bills, expense classification, and AP cutoff.
- Maintain financial oversight of program funds from receipt through disbursement, reconciliation, and program closeout.
- Oversee company cash, banking operations, account administration, authorized transfers, cash visibility, and controls around movement of funds.
- Maintain financial controls, approval and access controls, audit preparation, and operational tax-compliance workflows.
- Administer Rillet and other finance systems; improve integrations, reporting, documentation, and financial workflows.
- Automate recurring reconciliation, reporting, invoicing, collections, balance-monitoring, and other financial processes where practical.
- Partner with the CEO, fractional CFO, Program Management, Engineering, Business Operations, and other teams on financial operations and controls.
