- Lead and oversee the enterprise project controls function across HFW and its member firms.
- Establish and improve project controls policies, procedures, tools, performance standards, and best practices.
- Consolidate and deliver monthly project performance reporting, including project health, profitability, and performance trends.
- Monitor challenged and high-risk projects and partner with project and operational leaders on corrective actions.
- Standardize project setup, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, earned value management, and project performance monitoring.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and project leadership to analyze profitability, gross margin, forecasting, and variances.
- Support annual budgets, forecasts, and periodic financial reporting, and communicate significant variances and trends to leadership.
- Lead project controls training and support employees and project management professionals across member firms.
- Provide executive leadership with reports and recommendations on project performance, financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
