About Mighty Acorn Digital
Mighty Acorn Digital empowers government agencies to deliver exceptional digital services. You build solutions that enhance public trust, making critical programs fast, reliable, and frustration-free. Your work directly impacts how citizens access benefits and interact with their government. For example, you modernized UI for the New Jersey Department of Labor. You also supported Boston's 311 system and created an educator portal for Massachusetts. You specialize in quality assurance and testing, ensuring seamless operation for vital public benefit programs. You achieve this through modern software development, DevSecOps, and scalable infrastructure. Your team focuses on automation to manage complexity and reduce risk. You are a small, dedicated team, founded in 2023, making a significant impact.
How We Work
You will join a fully remote team, working from the contiguous United States. Your colleagues prioritize open communication and self-accountability. You manage your own time and priorities in a distributed environment. You need a fast, reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace. Your work will involve close collaboration across disciplines and with government stakeholders. You value transparency and direct communication, raising blockers early to keep projects moving.
