Strategic Sourcing Specialist
  • Lead RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, bid evaluations, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop strategic suppliers, particularly for aerospace materials and components.
  • Develop sourcing strategies, procurement activity plans, and sourcing calendars aligned with program requirements and timelines.
  • Build business cases and perform cost benchmarking, cost modeling, and Total Cost of Ownership analyses.
  • Analyze supplier performance metrics and sourcing data to support decisions.
  • Negotiate supplier agreements and monitor KPIs, implementing corrective action plans when needed.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance teams and serve as the contact between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate material certification, inspection, and delivery, and track sourcing risks and mitigation plans.
