- Lead full-cycle Shopify Plus site builds and redesigns from kickoff to launch.
- Run weekly client calls, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Translate client goals into project plans, sprint priorities, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate internal designers, developers, QA, and email teams across time zones.
- Maintain scope documentation and catch and escalate scope drift.
- Track velocity, blockers, and deliverables using Asana, ClickUp, or Trello.
- Manage 3–5 active projects simultaneously.
