- Present work confidently and collaborate closely with PM, lead designer, and developers
- Spot usability issues and follow proven conversion best practices
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines across all touchpoints
- Identify and lead AI-driven initiatives to speed up design production or improve quality
- Continuously improve design processes, tools, systems, and workflows
