- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects for ecommerce sites.
- Proficiency in wireframe and design tools such as Figma.
- Strong understanding of web design, responsive design principles, and accessibility standards.
- Experience leading design projects from ideation through execution and launch.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability, and interaction design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to company leaders and clients.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, demonstrating a team spirit and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good time-management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
- Eagerness to develop new skills.
- Lead the design process for both UX and UI from concept to execution across multiple DTC brands.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and assess user requirements.
- Visualize design concepts through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Create graphic elements for the user interface, such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
- Construct all technical and graphic components for a seamless user experience.
- Design UI mockups and prototypes that showcase site functionality and appearance.
- Present initial design drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve UX issues, such as responsiveness and usability challenges.
- Make layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
