  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Canadian Defense & Intelligence market.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with senior decision-makers across DND, CAF, CSIS, and other government agencies.
  • Identify, qualify, and lead the pursuit of complex defense programs and contract negotiations.
  • Build a network of strategic partnerships with industry primes, SMEs, and academic research institutions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans including financial targets and investment requirements.
  • Serve as the senior representative and advocate for Safran.AI at industry forums and defense exhibitions.
  • Recruit and lead a local team of engineers, data scientists, and business professionals as the business scales.
  • Coordinate with Safran Defense & Space Canada infrastructure and local personnel to support mission requirements.
