- Deploy and maintain .NET web applications hosted on Microsoft IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure.
- Work Tier 3 client support tickets, communicating status/progress updates on technical topics to non technical clients and internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot complex application, infrastructure, and deployment issues across development, test, and production environments.
- Participate in on-call support and operational incident response activities to maintain high system availability and security.
- Develop, maintain, and support automation tools, scripts, and processes that streamline software builds, deployments, and code management.
- Partner with development teams to plan, coordinate, and execute application releases and production deployments.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health, proactively identifying and resolving performance, availability, and reliability issues.
