Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.

Analyze internal alerts from monitoring tools like Datadog.
Collaborate with product development teams on operational readiness of production changes.
Resolve issues independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Provide support for complex issues, partnering with other internal teams or vendors when appropriate.
Maintain documentation for all technology processes and components.
