  • 1-3 years of professional experience in clients success, client support or a similar client servicing role in an enterprise SaaS company
  • Ability to problem solve and come up with efficient solutions to complex problems
  • A good understanding of e-commerce, performance marketing, processes and systems (databases, data models…) and/or online advertising
  • Manage client relationships
  • Assist customers with daily requests
  • Assist our Implementation team with up new client accounts
  • Assist in troubleshooting client issues, and be able to develop and implement solutions
  • Create detailed Health Check Reports for Executive Business Reviews with C-Level executives and technical as well as non-technical stakeholders, while tailoring your messaging delivery to all the individual needs
  • Proactively monitor client accounts
