🔍 Logistics

  • At least 2 years of experience in the logistics or manufacturing area.
  • Knowledge of SAP and ideally APO module (Advance Planning Optimiser).
  • Strong skills on managing Excel
  • Fluent English and French level
  • Ensure that all shipments are coordinated on time within US and Canada operations to guarantee the stock availability.
  • Assure the stock transfer order creation for each shipment allowing the stock moving in parallel system and physically.
  • Review that the stock transfer orders (STOs) are aligned with each shipment to avoid errors in the chain.
  • Propose strategies to do the chain more cost efficient from the transport metrics analysis.
  • Work with Planning Hub, Factory team logistics teams & 3PL service provider to ensure on time logistics execution for all shipments
  • Create alert stock monitor and take short term action to mitigate OOS.
  • Provide gap analysis on daily short shipment results and drive action plans to fix root cause analysis.
  • Maintain control and tracking of sub-assembly goods produced in Canada.
