Profitable and demonstrable track record in the crypto trading space.
An MSc/PhD in a research-intensive STEM field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, etc.).
Degree from a top-tier university.
At least 3 years of experience in electronic trading, particularly in mid-long term strategies focusing on cryptocurrency.
Strong coding skills in Python, Golang, Matlab, or R (3 to 5 years required).
Algorithmic trading experience is essential, whether personal or professional.
Completion of at least a 3-month internship or full-time position at a proprietary trading firm or hedge fund as a Quantitative Researcher/Trader.
