  • Answer incoming patient and parent phone calls and respond to messages professionally.
  • Explain Compass programs to potential patients and families.
  • Schedule appointments for new and existing patients.
  • Complete screenings for potential patients.
  • Obtain detailed, confidential patient demographic and insurance information.
  • Perform data entry of patient information.
  • Execute administrative tasks such as scanning, emailing, faxing, and mailing documents.
